Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don't use my inspection?
The annual inspection is valid for the entire subscription period. If you don't use it within 12 months, it can be carried over for one additional year. That's our way of guaranteeing real value.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime from your member portal. No penalty. If you cancel mid-year, your plan remains active until the renewal date.
Does the plan cover all my properties?
Essential and Advanced plans cover one property. Prestige covers up to 3 properties (primary + cottage or rental).
Do discounts apply to parts or just labor?
Discounts apply to the full invoice (labor + parts installed by our team). Discounts do not apply to customer-supplied parts.
Can I transfer my membership if I sell my home?
For the Prestige plan, yes — fully transferable to the new owner at no cost. For other plans, transfer requires approval and a $25 admin fee.
Can I switch between plans?
Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The difference is prorated.
